BEER PROCESSING
STANDARD & QUALITY
The beer which is proposed to be manufactured has a good stability and has been accepted in the Indian as well as foreign markets. Strong Beer with alcoholic content above 5% v/v has become very popular and dominant and occupies 80% market share followed by light and draft beer.
Beer is covered under the Indian Standard Specification, IS: 3865-1966
Free from any ingredient injurious to health
Free from any artificial colour except caramel produced by sugar during the process.
Free from artificial sweetening agents
TECHNICAL
The major process plant and machinery is already available at the plant site. The promoter and proprietor of TASCO is himself a technical entrepreneur with more than 20 years experience in the brewing industry and he shall be the key person to look after the technical part of the business.
Basic design & engineering of the brewery plant and machinery has been completed.
Stage wise inspection and monitoring during manufacturing will be ensured via use of the SCADA system.
Certification of manufactured goods in compliance with brewing industry standards.
Deployment of qualified technicians during commissioning and start up of the plant.
